Returns and Claims Policy for U.S. and Canada Retail and Wholesale Customers
(Foreign sales for the most part are non-returnable. See Conditions of Sale for full details.)

Authorization: Prior authorization
is not required
Requirements: All books must be in
print and in new, saleable condition. Damaged or shelf worn books will not
be accepted. All returns must be received within 15 months after the date
of purchase.
The invoice number on which the books were billed must be provided with
the return. Important: If the invoice number from the original purchase
is not provided, credit will be issued at the lowest purchase price.
Out of Print: Books will be accepted
for credit for up to six months after a title has been declared out of
print. Titles declared out of print can be viewed
on this web site.
Claims: Claims for defective or
damaged product, shortages, non-receipt, and mis-shipments must be
received within 60 days of invoice date.
Freight Charges: Freight charges for
returning product are the customer’s responsibility. Freight collect
shipments will be refused. For your protection, we highly recommend using
a traceable shipping method such as UPS or Fed Ex Ground. RLPG is not
responsible for returns lost in transit.
Items Returned in Error: Items
returned in error (e.g. out of print, not our publication) will not receive
credit and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Books will be shipped freight collect or customer will be invoiced by RLPG
for prepaid shipping charges.
